Turnip, potato & mustard gratin
Delicious creamy and tasty potato dish. Lots of peeling and slicing but well worth it. Can be assembled and chilled the day before baking. The recipe states that it feeds eight but went round much further. A John Torode recipe published in the BBC Good Food Mag.
