Ahh the Christmas spirit has been packed away for another year and now it’s paying the credit cards and bills that is on all our minds.
It was after seeing a play in the West End, sitting having a coffee during the week before Christmas, that friends and I were discussing the fact that we buy cookbooks, foodie mags, and have our favourite foodie websites collecting recipes that never get on a plate. This prompted us into action, we would plan to produce a meal of recipes we have always been waiting to try and get together and try them out.
The first evening has taken place: we had Parsnip Soup as a starter, Sea Bass with Citrus Fruits served with Vegetable au Gratin and Hasselback Potatoes for our main course and Nutella & Hazelnut Roule for dessert.
